Our focus is to instill confidence and boost self-esteem, respect, discipline, honesty, and leadership qualities in all the students.

This progressive curriculum includes basic self-defence techniques, foundation exercise techniques to increase body awareness and strength, and anti-bullying strategies.

 

You will see positive changes in your children with their confidence level rising, increased attention span, greater self-control for the body and mind, and a “Yes, I CAN!” attitude.

Monday's 🏃‍♂️ After School Fitness Class 9-12 Years Old4-5pm

Welcome to our afterschool kids' fitness program, where health meets fun! Our dynamic sessions are designed to keep children active, engaged, and excited about fitness.

From energetic warm-up games and aerobic exercises to team sports, obstacle courses, and strength training, we offer diverse activities promoting physical well-being. Emphasizing balance, coordination, and flexibility, our program also includes mindfulness exercises and nutrition education.

We aim to foster a lifelong love for fitness through play, learning, and teamwork.

Join us for a program filled with laughter, challenges, and the joy of movement!


12 Week Session: Monday March 18 - Monday June 17, 2024


Note: There will be two Monday holidays with no classes during this session

Tuesday🤸‍♀️ Capoeira7-12 Years Old4:30-5:30pm

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form that combines martial arts, dance and music. Our youth Capoeira class is the ultimate blend of fitness, culture and fun. Join us for high-energy moves, rhythmic beats and an empowering journey that will strengthen your agility, coordination and self-confidence. 

Be prepared to sweat as you practice kicks, strikes, takedowns, cartwheels and many other fun moves culminating in the high energy of the Roda - the capoeira circle - where you will also practice playing instruments and singing in Portuguese! 


12 Week Session: Tuesday March 19 - Tuesday June 4, 2024

Wednesday🥊 Boxing Class7-10 Years Old 4:30-5:30pm

The program is an introduction to Jimmy’s Toronto boxing and a guide for advancing boxing skills. Boxing for kids, much like beginner boxing for adults, teaches the fundamentals of boxing training for youth, such as correct fighting stances and basic punches, while providing boxing tips for kids who want to take their training to the next level. 

Jimmy’s Toronto Boxing lessons are a safe, fun way to keep children engaged in physical activity while teaching valuable lessons in dedication and discipline. Boxing for youth is perhaps the best way for kids to exert their energy in a productive way they will enjoy.

12 Week Session: Wednesday, March 20 - Wednesday, June 5, 2024
