You know what gets me going? Like many ppl I like a good deal.

 

I wouldn’t categorize myself as a cheap or frugal. I prefer to think that I want the best bang for my buck. In todays podcast I'll be sharing my TOP 3 Best Bang For Your Buck Fitness Equipment.

 

But a couple ground rules that I follow when it comes to purchasing equipment:

 

1) It has to be good quality. I'm over 200 lbs and I need my equipment to be reliable and be of best possible quality.

2) It has to versatile. You need be able to do more than 1 or 2 moves.

3) I won't travel far to get them. The less time I spend trying to get the equipment the better.
