How to Program Your Next Strength Training Workout w/ Special Guest Mike Palka from MP Fit

I have a special guest on today, Strength and Conditioning Coach Mike Palka from MP FIT.

 

I personally know Mike because Team Remix and MP Fit train out of the same facility a few nights a week. I invited Mike on the show so that we can:

  • Bust a few myths together when it comes to Strength Training using weights

  • Provide better ways to to program your next workout

  • Explaining the basic "MUST NEED TO KNOW" tips to program your next workout

 

I throw Mike a curve ball and get him to program a routine for a made up a client to LOSE WEIGHT, on the spot. We talk about how to stay motivated after the initial high of getting started has worn off.

Once a week the Remix My Fitness podcast will be sharing stories of everyday people. People that you interacted with everyday, parents, entrepreneurs, students.
