3 Things I Learned From Failing To Help One Of Own My Clients

If I can be really honest with you this week, it’s been a little bit of a tough week for me personally and professionally. I wish I could say that I’m able to help everyone I train with to reach their goals to lose weight and make exercise and enjoy the process but I can’t. And this week… I got one that hit me a little more than usual.

 

As a professional fitness coach who specializes in helping people lose weight, I'm always learning and sometimes that means learning from my own mistakes. In today's podcast I go over the mistakes I made trying to help a client lose weight to fit into a very special dress that she bought. I go over the 3 THINGS that I learned and will do better for the next time to ensure that something like this won't happen again. This is one of my most honest and raw self reflections I've ever done on the podcast. I usually keep these things private in my journal or to myself for the FEAR that people won't hire me because I've failed but the honest truth is... people fail. I fail and can't help everyone all the time.
